• You acknowledge and agree that we own all legal rights, titles and interests in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services.
• You understand that you do not have the right to use any of our trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos and domain names. You do not have the right to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including trademark and copyright notices), which may be affixed to or contained within the Services. You will not copy or transmit any of the Services.
•  You will remain responsible for all actions taken through your system, username, and password.
• The information provided by you is true and correct.
• You shall keep us updated of any change in the information provided on the Platform.

You agree not to do any of the following without our prior written consent:

• reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Content
• frame or mirror any part of the Site
• use any automated system (e.g., robots, scrapers) to access or collect data

All Content on the Site is owned, controlled, or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. 

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material
• harass, threaten, or harm others
• impersonate any person or entity
• introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
• interfere with the Site’s security features or traffic

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension, termination, and legal action.

The software and hardware that support the Platform, as well as other Internet-related software necessary for accessing the Platform, are solely our property and/ or our authorized third-party service providers.

Your permission to access the Platform does not grant you any proprietary or ownership rights in the aforementioned software / hardware. You are prohibited from attempting to modify, translate, disassemble, reproduce, decompile, or reverse engineer the software / hardware underlying the Platform or creating any derivative products based on the software/hardware. You shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Platform and all charges related thereto. 

You are solely responsible for the Content you post on the Platform. You must ensure that all your content complies with the Terms and Appliable Laws and does not infringe or violate any person's legal rights. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on the Platform and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for content you or any third party (through you) posts on the Platform. 

You acknowledge that all images, information, data, text, software, graphics, video, messages, or other Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted by you, are your sole responsibility. This means that you, and not us, shall bear full responsibility for all Content uploaded or posted by users on the Platform. We do not exercise control over User-generated Content on the Platform and, therefore, cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the possibility of exposure to offensive, indecent, or objectionable Content uploaded.

In no event shall we be liable in any way for any Content, including but not limited to errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of any User’s Content posted, sent, transmitted, or made available on or through the Platform.

You agree not to use the Platform to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share information that:

• Belongs to another person without proper authorization.
• Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, threatening, abusive, vulgar, tortious, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, related to money laundering, gambling, or otherwise unlawful.
• Relate to or harms minors in any manner.
• Infringes or violates or misappropriates upon any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, or incites the commission of any cognizable offense.
• Impersonates any person or entity, including but not limited to us, its officials, directors, or employees, or falsely represents your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Forges headers or manipulates identifiers to conceal the origin of Content transmitted through the Platform.
• Uploads, posts, sends, transmits, or otherwise makes available any Content that you do not have the right to share under any law or contractual or fiduciary duty/relationships.
• Distributes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.
• Uploads, posts, sends, transmits, or otherwise makes available any material containing software viruses, malware, or any other computer code designed to disrupt or harm computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
• Interferes with or disrupts the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform, or violates any network requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations.
• Edits Content to wrongfully, illegally, or without consent, replace identities of individuals.
• Intentionally or unintentionally violates any applicable local, state, national, or international laws, rules of any national or other securities exchange, or regulations with the force of law.
• Collects or stores personal data about other users.
• Uploads, posts, sends, transmits, or otherwise makes available any images or other Content of individuals without their knowledge or consent.
• Engages in any reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, trading, reselling, or exploitation of any portion of the Platform, use of the Platform, or access to the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Except for web browser software and applications formally approved by us in writing, you agree not to use any software, program, or device to automate access to or data retrieval from the Platform.
• You will not employ automated systems such as "robots," "spiders," "scrapers," or "offline readers" to access the Platform.
• You shall not collect personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Platform or use it for commercial solicitation.
• You shall refrain from indulging in the following acts while accessing the Platform:
  • Using the Platform for illegal or offensive purposes.
  • Attempting to compromise system integrity or security.
  • Overloading the infrastructure with excessive actions.
  • Uploading malicious software or viruses.
  • Impersonating others or engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Interfering with the Platform's proper operation.
  • Bypassing access restrictions.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or discover source code.

We shall not be liable in case you breach any terms or conditions provided under the Privacy Policy or these Terms and will not be obligated to indemnify you for any direct or indirect losses accruing to you. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our affiliates, group companies and our directors, officers, employees, agents, third party service providers, and any other third party providing any service to us in relation to the Services whether directly or indirectly, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by us that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any terms of the Terms including any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by You pursuant to the Terms.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations under the Terms or provide the Services or any part thereof if the performance is prevented, hindered or delayed by a Force Majeure Event and in such case its obligations shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure Event continues.
 

IN NO EVENT SHALL RAJNI BURMAN INDUSTRIES LLP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES, OR ITS CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOST REVENUES, OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR NON-PECUNIARY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSE OR BREACH OF DATA), EVEN IF RAJNI BURMAN INDUSTRIES LLP OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO (I) THESE TERMS, (II) THE PLATFORM, (III) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM; OR (IV) ANY OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH ANOTHER USER IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM. 

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Business Policy, and other legal policies below, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it won't affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in full force.

Data Retention Policy

• Customer Data (For providing services, billing, and customer support):  3 years from the last customer interaction or account closure 
•  Employee Data (For payroll, tax compliance, and human resources administration): 10 years after employment ceases
•  Financial & Transaction Data (For accounting, auditing, and tax compliance):   10 years from the end of the relevant financial year 

We use your information to:

When the defined retention period for a data category expires, the personal data will be securely and irrevocably disposed of. Our disposal methods include:

However, no system is 100% secure. Rajni Burman Industries LLP does not take guarantee for any kind of date leak or un-authorized date sharing. If a breach occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

Because of this, we want to make it clear that we do not endorse, recommend, or take responsibility for any third-party services, applications, or websites that you may use.

General Sale Policy

• Final Sale: All sales are considered final. Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged unless they fall under the conditions outlined in the Returns & Exchanges Policy below.
•  Product Condition: Customers are encouraged to inspect products (by Offline or Online means) before purchase.

Purchases and Orders

•  Order Confirmation: An email confirmation will be sent after an online order is placed. This confirmation is proof of purchase. 
•  Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

•  Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (not what you ordered).
•  Time Frame: You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. 
•  Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Payment Policy

•  Invoicing: Invoices are issued. All invoices will include a detailed breakdown of services or products, quantities, prices, and the total amount due. 
•  Standard Payment Terms: Unless otherwise specified in a separate contract or agreement, all invoices are due within 45 days of the invoice date. 
•  Late Fee: A late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance may be applied to all invoices that are not paid within the specified due date. This fee will be applied on the 46th day and for every 45 Days thereafter until the balance is paid in full. 

Advertising and Marketing Disclaimer Policy

• Company might be doing Ads/marketing with creative visualization, stylized backdrops, special effects, or computer-generated imagery (CGI) to enhance the product's appearance or context. 
• For visuals: "Product shown is for illustrative purposes only. Actual product may vary."
• For performance/results: "Results are not typical. Your experience may vary."
• For non-included items: "Accessories not included." 
• For accessories or add-ons: "Accessories sold separately."

Hiring Policy

• Hiring decisions are based solely on merit, qualifications, and business requirements.
• The company strictly prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, religion, caste, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic under Indian law.
•  Candidates selected after successful evaluation and background checks receive a formal offer letter, specifying position, salary, benefits, start date, and probationary terms. 
•  Applications are screened using predefined criteria, including resume evaluation, skill assessments, and shortlisting based on objective measures. 
• Company reserves the right to amend the policy.
•  Before making offers, candidates undergo reference checks, and criminal or professional background verification to ensure reliability and integrity. 

Rajni Burman Industries LLP does not guarantee hassle free/smooth transportation of your order, as we may rely on third party for transportation of Goods.

Other Documents such as Employment Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Code of Conduct Policy,  Anti-Harassment  Policies,  Remote work/Hybrid work policies etc. shall be provided to the Employees or any other Affiliated/Associated Individual or Company.

All the above T&C/Policy are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We’re not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer from using this site, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
